Cortina MK2 Zetec Steering Box Crossmember (CS043-MK2)

Exclusively available from Retroford this crossmember is a very cost effective solution that allows you to fit a Zetec engine in your MK1 or MK2 Cortina without the need for a rack and pinion conversion. It allows you to keep the steering box set up and maintains the original position of the standard Cortina gearbox meaning there is no need to make any body or tunnel modifications.

The Crossmember also allows a Zetec engine to be fitted and mated up to a Type 9 or MX5 gearbox.

Crossmember is constructed using an original Cortina Crossmember base.

Keeps the original Track Control Arm positions.

Available to purchase with or without Engine Mounts (engine mounts available separately here)

Crossmember is available to purchase on an outright or exchange basis. Please contact us before buying on an exhacnge basis. Exchange Crossmembers will not be despatched until Retroford have received a servicable exchange unit.
