MK1 Cortina – Mazda MX5 N7 Gearbox Crossmember Kit (MX5-005*G)

For use with Mazda MX5 N7 Gearboxes.
Designed to bolt directly through the transverse chassis rails.
Comes with internal strengthening tubes for bolting through transverse chassis rails (requires welding) to support chassis/box section.
Utilises the existing holes on the N7 MX5 gearbox (some later gearboxes require drilling).
Comes with all-fitting hardware.
Incorporates exhaust cut-out (so ideal for lowered cars).
Includes 70 shore hardness (heavy duty) rubber.
Improves rigidity to transverse chassis rails.
Suitable for Pre-airflow and Airflow cars.
Works in conjunction with Retroford MK1 Cortina Rack and Pinion steering kits with Zetec and Duratec engines.
Can also be used with Steering Box setups, but please contact us to check suitability before ordering.
